Master Evolutionary Biology (EvoBio) – Objectives

Blocks of Knowledge and Skills:
The master's programme is organised into different knowledge and skills blocks (BCC): 
BCC - Acquire the general knowledge necessary to understand past and present ecosystems, both degraded and natural
BCC – Conduct an environmental assessment of the current and past situation and/or a research protocol
BCC - Implement a current or past environmental study and/or scientific project, either individually or collectively, and build your professional project by communicating with tools adapted to different audiences

Master Evolutionary Biology (EvoBio) – Targeted Skills

  • Expertise in Evolutionary Biology, including:
    • Population genomics,
    • Evolutionary genomics,
    • Statistics and modeling.
  • Understanding of:
    • Ecological concepts,
    • Bioinformatic tools,
    • NGS (Next-Generation Sequencing) data management.
  • Preparedness for PhD studies.
  • High-level skills in:
    • Project management,
    • Intercultural communication,
    • Fluency in English.

International Mobility:
